SSC CHSL 2021 Notification


The SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level 2020 recruitment exam will be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission, SSC on April, 2021. The SSC CHSL 2021 recruitment notification was published by the Staff Commission on its official website in the First week of November 2020. The Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India.

SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria 2021

  1. Education Qualification

  • LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG) – Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University
  • Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) – 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.

      2. SSC CHSL Age Limit 2021  

  • Age limit for the posts is 18-27 years as on 01-01-2021 i.e. Candidates born not before02-01-1994 and not later than 01-01-2003 are eligible to apply.
  • Permissible relaxation in upper age limit for different categories are as under:

  • General / OBC  – Rs 100/-
  • SC / ST / Women / ESM –  No Fee
  • Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2021

The SSC Combined Higher Secondary level (Tier I) Examination will be conducted in offline mode which will be a written examination with multiple choice questions.

Candidates qualifying in the above-written test will be called for the SSC CHSL (Tier II) examination.

SSC CHSL Admit Card 2021

The SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Admit Card will be available for the applicants from March 2021. Candidates need to download the admit card from the official website of Staff Service Commission i.e. Candidates have to bring the admit card with themselves at the time of the examination.

SSC CHSL Result 2021

Candidates qualifying the SSC CHSL (Tier I) examination will be called for the (Tier II) examination. The results of SSC CHSL (Tier I) examination are expected to be announced by the second week of May 2021, while the SSC CHSL (Tier II) exam result will be declared by August/ September 2021 on its official website.
